Objective

Create a Home Health service website for the registered nurses and their patients.

Design Process

My design process contains basic five steps.

01. Empathize - Research users' needs

With more people needing health care service in the area, my client launched a home health service business. The business needed a way for nurses and patients to access to their service.

02. Define - State users' needs and problems

Speaking with my actual client, I was able to understand what she is looking for on her website.
With the information I gathered, I created a quick persona chart.

03. Ideate - Information Architecture / User Flow

After defining my main strategy, I began by brainstorming the structure of the website.

04. Prototype - Create solutions

I started with wireframe -> Low Fidelity -> High Fidelity

05. Test - Try out the solutions

After completing the high-fidelity model, we worked with WordPress developer to start creating the actual website.

Conclusion

Deliver a working website for potential patients and registered nurses could apply to get services.
